Delete your SiamSun account

You can delete your account and its data permanently, right from the app.

• In the app
  Go to Me › Delete account (below Sign out) · shown only while signed in.
• Deleted permanently
  Account profile · remaining credits (not refunded) · watch history and playback position · unlocked episodes · followed / saved titles · device tokens · notifications sent to you · chat messages · ad-view logs · any pending email login code.
• Kept (accounting law, 5+ years)
  Credit / purchase / subscription transaction records — kept for legal bookkeeping but no longer linked to your name or email once the account is deleted.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — manage or cancel it from the store's own subscription settings first.

Can't open the app?

Email us from the email address on your account, with the subject Account deletion request / ขอลบบัญชี
